The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is a Victorian Government-owned organisation. The role of the TAC is to promote road safety through the Towards Zero road deaths and serious injuries strategy, improve the State's trauma system and support those who have been injured on our roads.

About the role
We have excellent opportunities available in our Legal branch for both experienced Solicitors & newly admitted Solicitors to join the TAC and become a part of our mission in being the World’s Leading Social Insurer.
We’re looking for Solicitors that have a superior degree of organization, time management, judgement and problem solving competencies.
In these roles you will be given the opportunity to effectively and efficiently manage a mixed portfolio of litigated and non-litigated matters across diverse and broad ranging portfolios. You will also be required to provide high quality and timely legal services including specific and general advice and advocacy to the TAC to assist to achieve results for our clients, Branch and the TAC.
Our Junior Solicitor roles effectively hold the same responsibilities, however they will include a degree of guidance and personal mentoring from our highly experienced legal leaders. These opportunities serve as excellent career pathways to becoming experienced Solicitors.
