About the role

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Client and Provider Communications team as a Communications Advisor. The Communications Advisor acts as an expert advisor for all TAC client and provider communication. This position ensures client and provider communication is consistent, proactive and effective to enhance the TAC’s reputation across all channels. This position actively supports the delivery of a positive TAC experience that is aligned with the vision and objectives of TAC's Strategy.

About the Team

This role sits within the Client and Provider Communications team within the broader Community Division. You will be joining a collaborative team with a diverse skillset who make a difference by contributing to and influencing a positive TAC experience for clients and providers.

What we’re looking for

Communications Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a similar role in communications, public relations or media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop and deliver strategic communications and engagement
  • Ability to develop and implement communication plans, with clear and compelling content for a range of communication channels and audiences
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to design, develop and produce digital and physical communication products
  • Experience in creating and delivering digital content across various channels including website and eDMs

Change and Stakeholder Management Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive professional working relationships across the organisation at all levels and with external suppliers
  • Experience in project settings and/or supporting change initiatives, by developing communications that inform, influence or embed change.
