Right now, we’re seeking a PC&E Shared Services Specialist who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.
About the role
In this dynamic, fast paced role, you’ll:
- Lead and manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle with a focus on proactive sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Engage with TAC managers, employees, and external agencies to provide support and advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Get involved in a variety of People, Culture and Engagements projects that align with TAC’s strategic goals.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.

What we’re looking for
Talent Acquisition and HR generalist experience
Demonstrated experience in managing the candidate and employee journey.
Relevant HR qualifications or similar credentials are highly desirable
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Motivated and strategic thinker
Ability to creatively problem solve and work collaboratively in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
