Find out more about our shared purpose, and what drives every one of us.

Right now, we’re seeking an Agile Lead who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.

About the role

As the TAC’s Agile Lead, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and building high performing cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering impactful analytical solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and agile practices, ensuring that our teams provide quality insights while aligning with the TAC’s strategic goals. Embracing the ‘servant-leader’ approach, you will facilitate workshops, manage agile ceremonies, and empower teams to thrive.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled agile practitioner to drive change and foster an outcomes-focused mindset within the organisation.

About the Team

The Performance, Risk & Strategy division is committed to ensuring the TAC achieves its ambitious performance targets through informed decision-making and strategic insights. Within this division, the Performance Insights & Analytics Branch leverages data and analytics to support key stakeholders in realising their objectives. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will work closely with professionals across various disciplines, contributing to an environment that encourages innovation, agile practices and shared success.

What we’re looking for

Agile Expertise

You will be certified in Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, SAFE, or LESS, with extensive experience in roles like Agile Coach or Scrum Master. Your ability to coach teams in agile methodologies and improve their ways of working is crucial for fostering high performance.

Outstanding Stakeholder Management

Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will enable you to establish trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Anticipating risks and addressing challenges will be vital as you guide teams and practices towards the successful execution of their objectives.

Coaching & Facilitation

Engaging and creative facilitation skills are essential, as you will lead agile ceremonies and workshops that energise teams. Your experience in developing team dynamics and promoting self-organisation will be key to transitioning groups from forming to high-performing stages.
