About the role

As an Initiative Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of high-impact projects and initiatives that align with the TAC’s strategic direction. You’ll work across the organisation and with external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Within this role, you may be required to work within a project within our Best Client Outcomes Program, this will give you the opportunity to contribute to two major transformation programs:

 

  • Resolutions Transformation: Creating a seamless and optimised client experience by integrating the compensation journey with the broader claims pathway.
  • Claims Pathway Evolution: Redesigning client segmentation, service pathways, and operating models to ensure tailored support that reflects each client’s individual needs and circumstances.

About the Team

You’ll be joining the Enterprise Transformation Division and work collaboratively with the Clients – Claims Management area of the TAC. Surrounded by forward thinking team members, focused on enhancing operational efficiency and client experience. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that support injury recovery and independence outcomes. The team values agility, strategic thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  

What we’re looking for

 

Strategic Project Leadership

You have proven experience in leading complex, cross functional projects within health, disability or insurance sectors. You bring an ability to apply enterprise-wide thinking and deliver initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and external stakeholders. You are skilled in negotiation, consultation, and representing in strategic forums.

 

Innovation & Change Management

Demonstrated ability to identify trends and translate them into innovative project solutions. Experience in managing change, and embedding initiatives into BAU operations.
