About the role

The Business Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of a contracted provider panel, ensuring robust governance, performance monitoring, and reporting to deliver consistent, high-quality services to clients.

This role is critical to the success of a key project within the implementation phase, focusing on achieving strategic business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement, risk management, and operational excellence. As the Business Lead, you’ll leverage your deep operational knowledge to shape project scope, identify business impacts, and enhance client outcomes. You will also provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Business Specialists and Subject Matter Experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment.

 

About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation Division is dedicated to ensuring the TAC’s strategic direction is ambitious yet achievable, informed by clear insights from performance data, issues, and risks. In this role, you will be part of the Enterprise Transformation area whilst working in partnership with key stakeholders from our Clients’ division. You will collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts, and other program staff to drive impactful outcomes in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Operational Expertise

You bring deep operational management experience, preferably in policies and work practices from similar workplaces/ industries. Your ability to apply this expertise will ensure project outcomes align with strategic objectives and enhance client outcomes.

  

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Skills

You excel at building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, adjusting your interpersonal style to influence and guide a range of audiences.

 

Specialist Knowledge of Medical, Serious Injury, and Road Trauma

Your prior experience or knowledge in medical fields, serious injury management, or road trauma is highly advantageous. This expertise will enable you to provide valuable insights into client needs and project impacts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client focused outcomes.
