About the role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of people systems, insights, and analytics at the TAC. As the Manager, People Systems & Analytics, you will lead enterprise-wide improvements that elevate the employee experience and enable data-informed decision-making.

You will be responsible for the strategy, integration and optimisation of our people systems, owning the HRIS, reporting frameworks, and analytics to deliver digital, scalable and streamlined ways of working, aligned with TAC’s Make Every Day Matter strategy.

As a trusted technical expert, you will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert advice, drive systems improvements and uplift people data capability across the organisation. Leading a high-performing team, you will inspire a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement as you guide them through an exciting transformation journey.

About the Team

You will join the People Experience branch within the People, Culture & Engagement division – a passionate and capable team committed to building a high-performance culture that empowers our people to do their best work.

Leading a collaborative team of six with specialisations in systems, analytics and workforce planning, you’ll work with individuals who are motivated by change and excited by the opportunity to modernise and improve how we work. The team is curious, skilled and eager to deliver impact.

You will be supported by a Senior Manager who empowers you to work autonomously and brings a collaborative, people-first leadership style, ensuring you’re set up to succeed and affect real change.

What we’re looking for

Experienced People Systems & Analytics Expert

You bring deep technical expertise across HRIS governance and implementation, people systems, data reporting and analytics. You’re confident owning and optimising complex systems, and you know how to turn data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and elevate the employee experience.

Transformative & Future Focused Leader

You are a seasoned leader with a demonstrated ability to lead teams through transformation. You inspire high performance, encourage curiosity, and foster a culture of innovation, agility and continuous improvement.

Strategic & Trusted Stakeholder Partner
