About the role
The People Systems Lead is responsible for enhancing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functionality to improve employee experience, align with strategic objectives and optimise organisational performance. They will act as a systems administrator, identifying, developing and implementing process improvement opportunities and providing advice and guidance to stakeholders.
About the Team
This role will be a part of our collaborative PC&E Analytics, Systems and Workforce Planning team within the People Experience branch. You will also work in close collaboration with the Payroll team, other branches in PC&E and various teams within ITSS.
What we’re looking for
Extensive demonstrated experience in configuring and administration of HRIS including leading system implementations and enhancements
Well-developed knowledge of HR, best practice in HR systems and compliance requirements
An analytical mind with the ability to simplify and solve complex issues and problems
Strong interpersonal skills and sound written and verbal communication skills (including an ability translate business requirements into technical specifications)
Highly developed stakeholder management skills: adept at building, maintaining and influencing relationships at all levels
People experience orientated with demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement and process excellence
