Right now, we’re seeking both Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts for multiple opportunities, who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
Due to ongoing transformational programs aimed at enhancing client outcomes and streamlining processes, we are seeking talented Business Analysts to join our Enterprise Transformation Division.
In these roles, you will support a variety of projects by conducting comprehensive analysis activities that include business case development, requirements elicitation, requirements management, process analysis, process modelling, process designing and reengineering, solution validation, and overall project implementation support.
You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that our initiatives deliver value, enhance the client experience and align with the overall TAC strategy.

What we’re looking for
Analytical Skills
The ability to conduct detailed analysis, whether it’s identifying business needs, conducting feasibility studies, or problem-solving, is central to both the Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst roles. Experience in requirements elicitation and management, process modelling, and solution validation, using data and stakeholder engagement to propose actionable insights and effective solutions is essential.
Process Mapping & Process Re-engineering
A strong background in process modelling, mapping and re-engineering. An ability to analyse and improve business processes, creating detailed process maps and implementing effective process engineering strategies to optimise end to end process.
Experience working in line with BABoK standards and methods
Experience working Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
You will have a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Using this expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
Interpersonal & Stakeholder Management
Excellent communication skills and the capability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders are essential. This role will see you engaging with project teams, management and external partners, fostering collaboration and commitment to project goals while considering the needs and interests of all parties involved.
Adaptability & Proactivity
The dynamic nature of our projects requires you to be highly adaptable. Both Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts must demonstrate a proactive approach, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project timelines and the organisational objectives. Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, will enable you to navigate change requirements effectively.
