About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to our Executive General Manager People Culture and Engagement.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations across a dynamic and complex environment by managing sensitive and high-priority tasks, providing confidential executive support, and supporting key senior internal and external stakeholder relationships.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, hardworking and high-performing team within the People, Culture and Engagement Division. This division is pivotal in enabling and supporting a high-performance culture where people are capable and empowered to deliver exceptional results for our clients and community. You will be supported by an open, honest and collaborative leader who is passionate about optimising employee capabilities.

What we’re looking for

Demonstrated executive support experience

Proven experience in providing high level executive support to senior management including event management, project planning and logistics

Strong organisational skills with the ability to exercise initiative

Proven ability to prioritise, identify and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment 

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent relationship building with a proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Financial Acumen

Competency in budget tracking, financial reporting, and expenditure monitoring.
