About the role

We’re seeking a passionate and visionary Manager, Automation & Integration to join our Enterprise Transformation Division in Geelong. This pivotal new role will lead the development and implementation of progressive integration and digital automation initiatives at the TAC.

Your mission will be to drive operational efficiency, enhance client experiences, and support the TAC’s broader transformation strategy. You will work closely with architecture, delivery, and business practices to develop a strategic roadmap, building sustainable capabilities, processes, tools, and practices that ensure automation and data enable business transformation.

 

About the Team

You’ll join our innovative Digital Delivery Branch, where you’ll report directly to the Chief Digital Officer, who champions intent-based leadership and empowers you to effect meaningful change.

You will have the opportunity to build and lead a talented team dedicated to driving innovation and digital transformation. 

 

What we’re looking for

 

Team Leadership & Development

Demonstrated experience building, leading and mentoring a cross-disciplinary team, with a proven history of fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

 

Automation & Integration 

Strong expertise in integration technologies and automation platforms, with a proven record of implementing large-scale projects that deliver measurable operational improvements.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of automation and integration initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
