About the role
Join us as a Research & Evaluation Specialist and play a pivotal role in the Claim Pathways Evolution Project. This project is dedicated to aligning our service pathways with the needs of our clients to ensure each person can achieve optimal outcomes.
You’ll be instrumental in developing and delivering best practice evaluation approaches to develop and measure the impact of new service pathways for our clients and our people. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality research, evidence, and evaluation activities that respond to our business needs, ensuring our strategic direction is informed by clear insights and performance data.
About the Team
Working closely with both the Research & Evaluation team, and the Claims Pathway Evolution Project team, you’ll collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders. Working across various functions such as communication, strategic planning, and data management, to transform complex information into accessible insights for decision makers.
What we're looking for
Research Expertise
You have a strong background in research and evaluation activities, with the ability to develop robust evaluation plans, undertake data collection and analysis, and produce insightful reports and presentations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Proven ability to form effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. High-level communication and negotiation skills are essential to gaining a deep understanding of evidence, research and evaluation needs.
Strategic Thinker
Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, with strong planning and organisational capabilities. You should have a proven track record of driving outcomes and achieving results, with knowledge of TAC benefits and processes being highly desirable.
