This role is pivotal in aligning the TAC’s long-term goals with actionable strategies, ensuring impactful leadership and performance outcomes.

About the Team

  • This role will be a part of our Strategy Team within the Strategy and Research Branch, part of the Performance, Risk and Strategy Division, which is responsible for driving strategic development and implementation across the organisation.
  • Working closely in a small, fast-paced, and adaptable team, you will be joining a collaborative, friendly, and inclusive environment that is highly connected across the organisation and committed to delivering high-impact outcomes.
  • You will be supported by a Strategy Manager who has a collaborative management style, working closely with the team to foster idea-sharing and involve everyone in problem-solving, while encouraging high levels of autonomy.

What we’re looking for

Strategic Communication and Influence
You’ll engage senior leaders by preparing high-quality strategic reports, presentations, and insights, directly supporting the delivery of TAC’s new strategy. Your ability to communicate effectively will help shape decision-making at the executive level.

Performance Measurement Expertise
Your strong analytical skills will drive the uplift of TAC’s performance measurement reporting, ensuring alignment with the goals of the new strategy. You'll track progress, provide insights, and contribute to achieving key strategic initiatives.

Tertiary Qualifications and Analytical Acumen
With a background in business, economics, commerce or a related discipline, you'll bring robust strategic analysis and decision-making expertise. You'll deliver key insights and recommendations, helping TAC meet strategic objectives while supporting performance reporting initiatives.
