Right now, we’re seeking multiple Service Designers who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
We are embarking on a journey to establish a high-performing internal service design team, and we are looking for three talented Service Designers to help bring our forward-thinking vision to life. As a Service Designer within our Design and Optimisation branch, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering seamless service experiences that meet both client needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate across teams, including tech, process, and operations, to transform complex challenges into elegant, user-focused solutions. From research to ideation, prototyping to delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver work that makes a difference to now and for the future.
About the Team
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager this role sits within Design and Optimisation Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced branch who are curious and open to new ways of working.
The Enterprise Transformation Division successfully delivers the organisation’s strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises organisational outcomes, client, employee and provider experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the Portfolio, Program and Project Delivery for the TAC, as well as the technology development and operations (including digital) for the TAC.

Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing solutions to drive efficiency while maintaining balance between clients, business and technology
A solid grasp on planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
Outstanding Stakeholder Management
Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence and inspire others to learn or understand processes

We value our people, offering a corporate incentive, salary packaging and a reward and recognition program.
Grow and go places
We’re invested in your progress. When you work for one of Victoria’s largest and leading workplaces, you’ll receive extensive internal opportunities for development and access to the LinkedIn Learning Digital Hub.
