About the role

As a Change Analyst at the TAC, you’ll be supporting people navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose. In this role you’ll support the design and delivery of change strategies that ensure the TAC’s projects are delivered successfully and sustainable across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to assess impacts, craft tailored communications, and support training and engagement activities. Whether it’s a single initiative or a portfolio of projects, your work will help embed change in a way that supports our people, aligns with our strategy, and delivers real value to the community. 

 

About the Team

You’ll join the Enterprise Engagement branch within the Enterprise Transformation division; A collaborative team responsible for delivering the TAC’s strategic priorities. Within this area, you’ll work closely with project teams, business leaders, and the People, Culture & Engagement team to ensure change is well-managed, people focused, and aligned with our broader organisational goals.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Change Analysis & Impact Analysis

You bring demonstrated experience in change management, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communications. You understand how to support people through change and can apply structured methodologies like PROSCI.

 

Project Collaboration & Delivery

You have worked closely with project teams to deliver initiatives from scope to completion. You understand project lifecycles and can integrate change activities seamlessly into project plans.

 

Training & Communication Skills

You’re confident designing and delivering training and communication materials that supports behaviours systems change. You know how to tailor messages to different audiences and drive engagement.
