Care in Action

With a career at the TAC, you’ll be helping us look out for the lives of everyone who travels on Victoria’s roads. That’s care in action.

Find out more about our shared purpose, and what drives every one of us.

Right now, we’re seeking an Enterprise Change Partner who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.

About the role

The Enterprise Change Partner is a newly created opportunity to shape how change is experienced and embedded across the TAC. You will play a pivotal role in our ambitious transformation journey, building change leadership capability,  influencing culture, and improving how our people adapt to change across the organisation.

You will partner with key areas of the business to capture, analyse and interpret change data to inform decision-making, provide education and advice to senior stakeholders and partner with change enabling functions to package the change experience for our people... As a visible and influential presence across the TAC, you will connect siloed work practices and help leaders adopt consistent, people-centred change practices that align with TAC’s Make Every Day Matter Strategy.

About the Team

You will join a brand new branch within a newly established division – Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience, focused on enabling and supporting a high-performance culture where our change program, workplace environment and strategic initiatives engage and empower our employees to deliver exceptional results for our clients and community.

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Change, who leads constructively with clarity, empowerment, and trust, you will be supported to work autonomously, as part of a collaborative, practical, and solutions-focused team.

What we’re looking for

Strategic Influencer & Relationship Builder

You’re an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You are comfortable influencing and coaching senior leaders to think differently and lead change effectively.

Experience in Transformation Programs & Settings

You bring experience leading or contributing to enterprise-wide transformation or change programs, with the ability to apply change and project management methodologies in a practical, solutions focused way.

Analytical & Insight Led

You’re skilled at collecting, analysing and translating complex change data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that inform strategy and improve ways of working.

Why you’ll love it here

There’s more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits. As our newest Change Partner, you’ll also:

Make a positive difference

Every day the work you do at the TAC contributes to something bigger. As part of an inclusive, supportive team you’ll find real purpose in achieving goals, together.

Be rewarded for great work

We value our people, offering a corporate incentive, salary packaging and a reward and recognition program.

Grow and go places

We’re invested in your progress. When you work for one of Victoria’s largest and leading workplaces, you’ll receive extensive internal opportunities for development and access to the LinkedIn Learning Digital Hub.
