This role is critical to he success of the Common Law Protocols, requiring exceptional organisation, deep knowledge of serious injury and common law processes, and strong stakeholder management.

You will handle a high volume of matters within a delegated authority, ensuring efficient, just, and cost-effective outcomes for clients injured in transport accidents. Key responsibilities within this role include assessing applications, facilitating Serious Injury conferences, negotiating settlements, and delivering high-quality customer service in line with TAC’s values of making every conversation count and simplifying the complicated.

We are a dynamic, values-driven team committed to innovation, model litigant behaviour, and adherence to the Victorian Government’s Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities. You’ll work in a supportive environment that encourages coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to meet strategic priorities and manage future liabilities effectively.
