About the role
The Change Manager will play a critical role in delivering strategic change initiatives across the TAC, supporting the successful implementation of projects within the Program Delivery Portfolio. You will plan and deliver change management activities that help embed new ways of working and ensure project outcomes are achieved in line with TAC’s strategic objectives.
Working closely with Project Managers, Divisional Leaders, and business stakeholders, you will lead the development and execution of change management plans, integrating change and engagement activities into project delivery. Leveraging relevant Change Management methodology and best-practice principles, you will also coach and support leaders, project teams, and change champions to build internal capability and drive adoption across the organisation.
This is a dynamic role suited to a proactive, experienced change professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling meaningful transformation.
About the Team
Reporting to the Manager, Change and Engagement, this role sits within the Transformation Engagement Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division, a friendly, professional, and highly collaborative team. The division plays a vital role in delivering the organisation’s strategic priorities cost-effectively, optimising client outcomes, enhancing the employee experience, and driving positive community impact.
You’ll be joining a supportive branch that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement, where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful enterprise-wide change initiatives that help make every day matter.
What we’re looking for
Experienced Change Professional
You bring at least 5 years demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful change programs, with tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Organisational Development or Change, and Prosci Change Management accreditation. You demonstrate highly developed change and project management, skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects from scope through to completion.
Collaborative Partner and Coach
You excel at building relationships and influencing at all levels, providing expert coaching and advice to project teams, divisional leaders, and line managers. You take a collaborative approach to enable change adoption and are confident partnering with key stakeholders to align initiatives with organisational goals.
Analytical and Delivery Focused
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess change impacts, develop communications and training strategies, and monitor progress against deliverables. You’re organised, adaptable, and focused on achieving tangible outcomes that improve the employee and client experience.
