- Offering a competitive starting base salary of $106,000 plus super and benefits (pro rata for part time)

Right now, we’re seeking a Communications Advisor who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
In this project-focused role, you'll design and implement strategic communication plans that support our key transformation and change programs, with a focus on service delivery initiatives. Working closely and collaboratively with internal project teams, you will create content and materials across a range of channels for diverse external stakeholder groups, including health and disability service providers. You’ll be responsible for providing strategic communication advice that supports stakeholder engagement and change activity with clear and compelling communication that enhances the TAC experience for clients and providers.

This role is part of a new project-focused communications team within the Communications, Media, and Digital branch. We’re a collaborative, supportive and passionate group of professionals who thrive on bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table. We are committed to delivering strategic and impactful communication that supports TAC initiatives, enhances TAC experiences and strengthens the TAC's brand and values.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a communications role within a project or change environment
You’ll have demonstrated experience managing end-to-end communication strategies, working within project teams and/or with change management principles and methodologies. You have the ability to develop clear and compelling content for a range of channels and audiences.
A talent for building and maintaining strong relationships
Collaboration is key in this role. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive professional working relationships across the organisation at all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple high-priority projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Demonstrated experience within the health and disability sector
Experience in and/or understanding of health, disability and community sectors is highly beneficial to effectively navigate the complexities involved in supporting TAC clients, providers and diverse stakeholder groups.
