  • Geelong office location, with flexible hybrid working (3 day per week office attendance required)
  • Offering a competitive circa salary of $148,000 plus super and benefits

Right now, we’re seeking a Team Manager, Sports Engagement Programs who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role

As the Team Manager, Sports Engagement Programs, you’ll lead the evolution and implementation of the TAC’s strategic approach to engaging sporting clubs and associations – from grassroots to elite level. You’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative programs that embed road safety culture into the heart of Victorian sport, empowering communities to champion safer roads.

You’ll manage the end-to-end program delivery, build strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with the TAC’s broader strategy and the Victorian Road Safety Strategy. This is a leadership role with real influence – where behavioural change meets community passion - through sport.

 

About the Team

You’ll join the Marketing, Sponsorship & Engagement branch within the Community Division – a team committed to engaging, educating, and influencing the Victorian community to foster a safety-first road culture. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll establish and lead a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with road safety partners, local government, and sporting bodies to deliver high quality, measurable engagement programs.
