Commercial Leasing and Asset Management Lead

  • Full time, permanent role
  • Full-time onsite with some flexibility available – this role will primarily be based in the Geelong office, with work and travel required across all TAC sites.
  • Offering a competitive starting base salary of $121,000 plus super and benefits

Right now, we’re seeking a Commercial Leasing & Asset Management Lead who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape how TAC manages its commercial leases and physical assets across all sites. You’ll lead the coordination of building leases, asset management strategies and facilities operations to ensure our workplaces are safe, functional and aligned with organisational goals.

With scope to bring your initiative and fresh perspective, this role offers autonomy and the chance to make a lasting impact on how we manage our spaces and services.

About the Team

This role is part of the Workplaces team within the Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience division. You’ll be working with a manager who values open communication, trust and proactive leadership. You’ll be encouraged to take initiative, contribute ideas and shape your own development.

You’ll be joining a team that’s passionate about building meaningful and contemporary practices and processes. You’ll work alongside various teams across the organisation, in particular Corporate Legal, Strategic Procurement and Finance, all focused on creating great outcomes through strong partnerships and shared purpose.

What we’re looking for

Facilities and Asset Management Expertise
You bring experience in managing facility operations, leases and asset lifecycles, ideally backed by qualifications in facilities or asset management.

Collaborative and Customer-Focused
You’re a relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service across teams and external providers.

Organised and Strategic Thinker
You’re confident managing contracts, budgets and compliance requirements, with a knack for identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
