About the role

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Partner is accountable for contributing to the development, implementation and management of HSW procedures and processes whilst supporting the ongoing improvement, efficient and effective delivery of HSW across the TAC. This includes participating in the implementation of processes and activities including the identification, management and control of hazards, prevention of injuries, management of occupational health and safety issues.

This role will be a part of our passionate and driven Health Safety and Wellbeing team which sits within our broader People, Culture & Engagement division. You will be joining an open, honest and supportive team who contribute to a high-performing culture where people are capable and empowered to deliver exceptional results for our clients and community.

 

What we’re looking for

Health Safety and Wellbeing Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in injury management, risk management and internal assurance activities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage OHS physical and psychosocial risks and hazards
  • Experience in developing and managing HSW Policies, Procedures, Safe Work Practices and Guidelines
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Victorian Occupational Health and Safety legislation, regulations and relevant standards
  • Certified Return to Work Coordinator (desirable)

Strong Communication Skills and Team Player

Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Motivated and Strategic Thinker

Support with leading key initiatives in line with the HSW strategy to positively influence and to continue to meet the needs of our people and to improve our HSW at the TAC.
