About the role

This position will collaborate and work cross functionally to deliver the leadership development programs and supports that drive the TAC’s transformational journey to a high performing culture, where our people are connected to purpose and are enabled and empowered to deliver for our clients. This role will work as part of our Culture Program to uplift the capability and performance of our leaders directly, and employees indirectly,  through the design and delivery of contemporary leadership programs, coaching and experiences, in turn supporting a shift to a constructive high performance culture.

About the Team

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Capability this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division. You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and outcomes focused team, who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.

You will be supported by a Manager who promotes a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team culture.

What we’re looking for

LSI accredited

Accreditation in LSI 1&2 and experience in de-briefing results, coaching and action planning. Coaching accreditation in IECL or similar is desirable

Significant experience in managing enterprise wide projects and change initiatives in complex environments

Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs, with particular experience relating to organisation development and culture transformation related programs

Advanced communication and consulting skills

Proven communication and consulting skills across a range of stakeholders, including developing communications material and plans, understanding stakeholder needs and managing stakeholder relationships in order to deliver tailored programs which meet business needs.
