About the role

We are seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to our General Manager – Resolutions in the Clients Division. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the operational and business needs of our Resolutions Group, a key pillar within our broader Clients Division.

This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the Resolutions Group and in supporting the broader objectives of the Clients Division and the TAC. Your contributions will directly impact the Group’s ability to achieve on its critical purpose to deliver compensation, dispute resolution and litigation services in an innovative, sustainable and client centric way, facilitating best client outcomes and a strong scheme for now and the future.

 

About the Team

Supporting a General Manager that’s known for their encouraging and collaborative approach; with a strong focus on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace where team members are empowered to excel. You’ll join our passionate and skilled Resolutions Group, where our focus is on delivering benefits and compensation to clients fairly, efficiently and with care. Our team is diverse and dynamic, responsible for the impairment, common law, dispute, legal, medical examination and recoveries functions at the TAC. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, integrity, and excellence in service delivery, coupled with exceptional stakeholder relationships.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Demonstrated executive support expertise

Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior management, including event management and project logistics.

 

Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence and guide stakeholders.

 

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and delivery results in high-energy, deadline driven settings.

 

Financial acumen

Competency in budget tracking, financial reporting, and expenditure monitoring.

 

Initiative and organisational skills

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
