Right now, we’re seeking a Coordinator Learning and Capability who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role

The Learning and Capability (L&C) Coordinator supports the L&C Branch via the coordination and event management of training programs and broader learning initiatives. This support includes scheduling, logistics, study assistance, data collection and reporting, invoicing and general administrative duties (such as inbox and calendar management) as well as the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).

In this role you will also liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to support the coordination of learning and training events.

About the Team

The Coordinator sits within the Leaning and Capability branch which consists of approximately 19 supportive and passionate Learning and Capability Professionals who are all motivated by helping others learn and grow. You will be supported by an empowering Manager who promotes a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team culture.

What we’re looking for

LMS and learning and development experience

  • Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of LMS with demonstrated experience administrating same within in a learning and development environment
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating learning and development programs within a professional services environment
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating and promoting programs

Strong digital literacy

Experience working with a variety of computer systems and databases including testing, troubleshooting and liaising with IT specialists as well as the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilise new digital technology

Demonstrated time management and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to strategically prioritise tasks
