About the Team
You will join a team that values teamwork and collaboration, where you'll have autonomy in your role while receiving plenty of support from your manager and colleagues.
This role is a part of the Clients division, who work together to achieve efficient, just and cost-effective injury recovery and independence outcomes for those injured in transport accidents.

You will have an ability to communicate with clients, lead great conversations and provide the right solutions within a legislative framework.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions

Highly motivated and proactive
An ability to thrive in an ever-changing work environment, with an eagerness to learn and apply feedback and coaching to achieve targets and expectations.
Why you’ll love it here

Make a positive difference
Every day the work you do at the TAC contributes to something bigger. As part of an inclusive, supportive team you’ll find real purpose in achieving goals, together.
Be rewarded for great work
We value our people, offering a corporate incentive, salary packaging and a reward and recognition program.
Grow and go places
