Right now, we’re seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
As the Enterprise Risk Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the TAC’s risk development and planning. The role works closely with the Executive Leadership team and Senior Leadership team to identify the organisation’s challenges and opportunities, and to develop and embed systematic risk management and a risk aware culture across the TAC. The role will manage a small number of risk professionals, and be required to provide leadership and support as well as ensure effective and efficient management of resources.
About the Team
- This role will manage the Risk Team within the Enterprise Risk Branch, part of the Performance, Risk and Strategy Division, which is responsible for driving Enterprise risk management.
- Working closely with a small, high achieving, and adaptable team, you will be joining a collaborative, friendly, and inclusive environment that is highly connected across the organisation and committed to delivering high-impact outcomes.
- You will be supported by a Senior Manager who has a collaborative management style, working closely with the branch and wider division to foster idea-sharing and involve everyone in problem-solving, while encouraging high levels of autonomy.
What we’re looking for
Proven risk management & leadership experience
Extensive risk management experience, along with influential leadership and the ability to guide teams in delivering enterprise-wide risk solutions across diverse sectors.
Stakeholder management & influence
Proven ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, particularly at the senior leadership level, to gain a deep understanding of their risk needs and issues and support organisational goals.
Corporate Reporting Expertise
Preparation of high-quality risk papers, slides and documentation for presentation to Executive and Board Committees, with the ability to apply insights and analytics to improve organisational outcomes.
