About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Partner to join the Strategic Partnering & Advisory branch. You will be partnering with one - two business areas to support the delivery of organisational and people strategies aligned to the achievement of the TAC’s roadmap, divisional business plans and priorities.
You will also support the implementation of people related initiatives/activities and manage all people related aspects of the employment lifecycle in collaboration with the wider People, Culture & Engagement (PC&E) division.
About the Team
This role will be a part of our close-knit and collaborative Strategic Partnering & Advisory branch who sit within our broader (PC&E) division. You will work alongside four other Senior Business Partners and five Business Partners, who provide outstanding levels of support to each other with regards to work content and general well-being. You will also be provided with opportunities to challenge yourself and continuously grow and develop in the role.
What we’re looking for
Significant Business Partnering experience in all areas of human resources discipline
Demonstrated knowledge of IR, OD, OHS & relevant legislation
Previous experience leading strategic PC&E initiatives at a divisional level
Proven experience in the design, development and delivery of leading organisational wide methods and practices.
Strong communication skills and significant stakeholder management experience
Highly developed change management, project management, customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage, influence, collaborate, leverage networks and negotiate at all levels throughout the organisation
