Right now, we’re seeking a Lodgements Officer who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters. 

About the role

The Lodgements Officer is the first point of contact for TAC clients involved in transport accidents, providing exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism. This role is responsible for assessing and determining client eligibility in accordance with the Transport Accident Act 1986, ensuring timely and accurate decisions that support positive client outcomes.

About the Team

This role will be a part of our Onboarding, Income and Dependency branch, within the Clients – Service and Operations division. This division is focused on achieving efficient, just and cost effective injury recovery and independence outcomes for those injured in transport accidents.

You’ll join a tight-knit, passionate team that thrives on providing excellent service and supporting one another. You'll be guided by a Senior Advisor and Team Manager who foster a welcoming, open-door culture with regular team meetings and debriefings to maintain connection and collaboration.

You have proven experience delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, phone-based environment, and are confident engaging with a range of stakeholders while working toward individual and team KPIs.

Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for TAC clients, using empathy and sensitivity to tailor authentic conversations to each client’s unique situation.

Critical Thinker & Team Player

You’re skilled in making sound decisions under pressure, handling complex situations with care, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. You’re also a team player who shows initiative and is eager to learn and grow.
