Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Manager Relationship Management who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role

In this strategic leadership role you’ll lead a team in a dynamic environment, focusing on continuous improvement and making a real difference in the way we help clients achieve their goals. This role is pivotal in executing our Make Every Day Matter strategy, ensuring we are achieving best client outcomes.

This role leads a large branch of between 80-120 purpose driven people  who support clients with serious injuries and  complex needs regain optimal recovery and independence outcomes following a transport accident. The client cohort in this branch represent some of the TAC’s most vulnerable clients and it is essential that a dynamic, innovative, outcomes focused and strategic approach to work, in close partnership with our clients and key stakeholder/ industry groups, is applied.

This branch and its outcomes have a fundamental impact on the performance of the TAC as a whole in the areas of client outcomes, return to work, scheme participation, financial scheme performance, common law resolution, legal, and customer experience.

The Senior Manager, Relationship Management will role model and champion TAC values and behaviours, leading a high-performance focused team.

About the Team

This role sits within the Relationship Management branch in the Claims Management group in the Clients Division – a Division which has a fundamental and direct impact on the delivery of the TAC’s critical purpose and strategic goals, including delivering best client outcomes, fostering a high performing culture and supporting a sustainable scheme for now and the future.

Reporting to the General Manager, Claims Management, you will be supported by a highly affiliative, transformational and collaborative leader.

What we’re looking for

Strong Leadership experience

Demonstrated leadership expertise in a client support and/ or customer service role and experience leading teams within a dynamic and agile environment.

Strong execution skills

Demonstrated experience in utilising operational and strategic thinking and implementing business improvement initiatives to drive high performance and a strong constructive team culture.

Highly developed communication skills and proven stakeholder engagement

Experience in influencing and negotiating at high levels across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups for high impact and value.
