About the role

Help shape the future of digital delivery within the TAC’s Microsoft Program as our newest Test Automation Engineer. In this role, you’ll design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in embedding automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, supporting continuous integration and deployment across our technology landscape.

Your work will directly contribute to improving delivery confidence, accelerating release cycles, and uplifting testing maturity across the program. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements, while championing best practices in quality engineering and DevOps.

About the Team

You’ll be part of a dynamic, forward thinking team driving transformation through the Microsoft Program. We’re passionate about delivering high-quality digital solutions that make a real difference. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and we’re committed to building a supportive environment where everyone can grow and succeed.

What we’re looking for

Technical Excellence in Test Automation

You have deep experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Postman, and are fluent in scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.

DevOps & CI/CD Integration Expertise

You’re confident working with Azure DevOps, integrating automated tests into pipelines, and supporting release workflows that drive early defect detection and deployment confidence.

Collaborative & Coaching Mindset

You’re a natural collaborator who enjoys working with engineers, analysts, and delivery teams. You’re also passionate about sharing knowledge and uplifting testing capabilities across the organisation.
