Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
The Senior Project Manager will work collaboratively across the business with a range of executive and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in support of the TAC's strategy.
This role is accountable for ensuring projects adhere to time, cost and quality requirements and providing high quality strategic advice and reporting often in connection with technically challenging issues.
As the newest Senior Project Manager, you will be leading the TAC’s Attendant Care Project. This project focuses on the establishment of a Panel Model of Attendant Care providers, to ensure that clients have access to providers who will deliver high quality attendant care services, best client outcomes and innovation. The Attendant Care Panel Model will also ensure that the TAC is an attractive partner for Attendant Care service providers.

Strategic Thinking
Demonstrated strategic program planning and scoping skills are crucial for success within this role
Stakeholder Engagement
Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills to ensure effective management of interdependencies with other programs of work in the organisation.
Proven Project Management Experience
Demonstrated success in leading business transformation projects, and PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
