About the role
The Consultant, Culture & Leadership contributes to programs and initiatives that drive the TAC’s Make Every Day Matter strategy, to build a high performing culture, where our people are connected to Purpose and are enabled to deliver for our clients.
This role will work report to the Senior Consultant, Culture & Leadership to deliver strategic organisational development programs, encompassing culture, values, performance, leadership and talent management and employee listening.
About the Team
This role sits in the Culture and Inclusion branch who are collaborative, supportive and outcomes focused team. They are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees, to enable all employees to thrive and deliver exceptional results for our clients and community.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience supporting culture change initiatives
Experience working collaboratively with others on the design, implementation and evaluation of people strategies, organisation development and culture transformation related projects and programs or equivalent change initiatives. Through this experience you will be able to demonstrate strengths in systems thinking, critical thinking, curiosity and accountability.
Demonstrated Project and Change Management experience
Experience in Project and Change Management, including establishing, coordinating and delivering to project and change plans
Strong communication and consulting skills
Demonstrated communication and consulting skills across a range of stakeholders, including developing communications material and plans, understanding stakeholder needs and managing stakeholder relationships in order to deliver tailored programs which meet business needs.
Knowledge and experience of Employee Experience Design, Human Centred Design or Agile is beneficial.
