About the role
The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing general project administration support within the Design and Optimisation Branch in Enterprise Transformation. This includes supporting the implementation of processes and activities including financial management, project reporting, asset management, procurement and administration as well as supporting the enterprise planning committee and supporting the development and refinement of the 5- year road map.
About the Team
Reporting to the Program Manager this role sits within Design and Optimisation Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced branch who are curious and open to new ways of working.
The Enterprise Transformation Division successfully delivers the organisation’s strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises organisational outcomes, client, employee and provider experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the Portfolio, Program and Project Delivery for the TAC, as well as the technology development and operations (including digital) for the TAC.
What we’re looking for
Significant project administration /co-ordination experience
Excellent administrative skills coupled with a demonstrated understanding of project documentation and governance processes.
Strong stakeholder experience
Excellent relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills, and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a broad range of internal stakeholders in a collaborative and engaging manner.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Highly motivated with a positive and proactive approach and a demonstrated ability to take accountability for delivering quality outcomes.
