Care in Action
With a career at the TAC, you’ll be helping us look out for the lives of everyone who travels on Victoria’s roads. That’s care in action.
Find out more about our shared purpose, and what drives every one of us.
Right now, we’re seeking a Manager, Enterprise Change who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.
About the role
The Manager, Enterprise Change is a pivotal leadership role within the TAC. You will shape and drive enterprise-wide change strategies that enable the TAC’s cultural and strategic outcomes, ensuring the organisation is equipped to navigate transformation and deliver on its Make Every Day Matter strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to take a new function beyond its foundations and into action. With clear objectives, a high degree of autonomy, and significant influence across the TAC’s Executive and Senior Leadership groups, you will play a critical role in uplifting change capability across the enterprise and delivering measurable outcomes.
Leading TAC’s Enterprise Change Centre of Excellence, you will embed contemporary change practices and behaviours focusing on people led change. This includes establishing an enterprise-wide forward view of change, building change leadership and acumen, and improving how we make decisions and deliver change through the provision of end-to-end change advisory services. You will have a strong focus on people and cultural transformation, and partner with leaders across all levels to influence decisions and build organisational agility, capability, and confidence in leading change.
About the Team
You will join the Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience division, dedicated to enabling and supporting a high-performance culture where change programs, workplace initiatives and strategic priorities empower our people to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and the community.
You will lead a new and evolving branch (up to five direct reports) at the centre of building TAC’s change capability, working closely with leaders across the Clients, Strategy, People & Culture, Change Delivery and Communications branches to ensure change is connected, integrated and effective. Supported by a long-standing Executive leader in the organisation, you’ll have the trust and backing to take the TAC on its change trajectory and turn concept into action.
What we’re looking for
Influential & Trusted Stakeholder Partner
You’re a powerful communicator and natural collaborator, with the ability to influence senior leaders (ELT, SLT and beyond) to think differently and adopt new ways of working. You excel at building strong networks, aligning diverse stakeholders and operating as a trusted advisor on change.
Behavioural Change & Transformation Expertise
You bring significant experience in delivering behavioural and cultural transformation in complex environments, with proven success applying change management practices to achieve meaningful outcomes. Relevant tertiary qualifications (Human Resources, Organisation Development) and change management certification (e.g. Prosci) will be highly regarded.
Supportive & Strategic People Leader
You are an experienced leader who coaches, develops and empowers your team to perform at their best. You align your team’s work to TAC’s broader strategy and divisional priorities, bringing a proactive and innovative mindset. You’ll play a key role in embedding continuous improvement and lifting the effectiveness and impact of the branch.
Why you’ll love it here
There’s more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits. As our newest Manager, Enterprise Change, you’ll also:
Make a positive difference
Every day the work you do at the TAC contributes to something bigger. As part of an inclusive, supportive team you’ll find real purpose in achieving goals, together.

We value our people, offering salary packaging and a reward and recognition program.

We’re invested in your progress. When you work for one of Victoria’s largest and leading workplaces, you’ll receive extensive internal opportunities for development and access to the LinkedIn Learning Digital Hub.
