Right now, we’re seeking a Workforce Planning & Reporting Analyst

About the role
As one of three Workforce Planning & Reporting Analysts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the TAC has the right people in the right roles at the right time, so our clients can get their lives back on track as quickly as possible.
In this role you will support the business to achieve its strategic goals through workforce planning by leading forecasting, resource modelling, and delivering data-driven insights to guide key stakeholder decisions within the Client Groups. You will foster a proactive workforce management culture by educating leaders, tracking workforce movements, and enhancing planning processes. Additionally, you’ll support TAC’s Make Every Day Matter Culture Program by leveraging data and insights to advance strategic workforce planning and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives.

What we’re looking for
Analytical Workforce Planning Experience
You will bring substantial expertise in workforce planning with proven skills in forecasting, modelling and generating insightful reports that enable Senior Leaders to make well informed resourcing decisions within established budget limits. You are adept at monitoring and analysing workforce trends, identifying gaps, and providing actionable recommendations that improve operational performance
Strategic workforce planning and experience with tools like Qlik and/or Power BI will be highly regarded.
Excel & Systems Proficiency
You’re highly skilled in Excel and can confidently work with large data sets. You have a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and genuinely motivated to enhance data capabilities and processes to drive better outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
You’re a skilled and confident communicator with the ability to engage, influence and build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels. Self-motivated and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are always looking for better ways of working.
