About the role

Join TAC’s Governance and Compliance function and play a key role in safeguarding our business. This position provides essential project and administrative support to deliver governance, risk, and compliance initiatives that uphold TAC’s integrity and accountability. By managing policy frameworks, coordinating reporting, and supporting enterprise processes, you’ll help TAC achieve its mission of valuing life and making every interaction simple and meaningful.

 

About the Team

You will join the Enterprise Governance, Compliance and Assurance team within the Corporate Legal, Governance and Compliance branch - a collaborative group of seven who support each other to deliver in a constantly evolving, sensitive environment. The team values flexibility, professionalism, and a positive, fun working culture.

Reporting to a manager who offers a high level of trust and autonomy, you will be empowered to work independently while having an open line for guidance and support when navigating roadblocks or complex challenges.

 

What we’re looking for

Strong Administration Skills

Ability to manage policy frameworks, maintain document control registers, and coordinate governance activities across the enterprise 

Project Coordination and Reporting

Skilled in supporting project planning, tracking milestones, preparing reports, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and prepare clear, accurate documentation such as agendas, minutes, and briefing papers.
