Enterprise Transformation Process Mapping Intern
With a career at the TAC, you’ll be helping us look out for the lives of everyone who travels on Victoria’s roads. That’s care in action.
Right now, we’re seeking a Process Mapping Intern who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.
The Process Mapping Intern opportunity is ideal for a motivated undergraduate seeking hands-on experience in business improvement and transformation. Over this placement, you’ll work closely with the Process Optimisation team to document, analyse and improve TAC’s business processes, contributing to projects that make a real impact.
You will support the mapping of current “as-is” workflows, help design streamlined future-state processes, and gain exposure to transformation methodologies and change management practices. This is a unique chance to apply what you’ve learned in your studies to real-world projects, build your professional capability, and work alongside a team committed to finding better ways of working.
Please note this placement will not count towards university study units.
You will join the Enterprise Transformation division, which drives delivery of TAC’s strategic priorities in a way that optimises client outcomes, enhances employee experience, and delivers positive community impact.
Reporting to the Manager, Process Optimisation, you will work in a collaborative, professional and high-energy environment that values curiosity, teamwork and learning. The team is passionate about continuous improvement and will provide support, guidance and opportunities for development throughout your placement.
