Right now, we’re seeking a Workplace Relations and Remuneration Lead who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
The Workplace Relations and Remuneration Lead is responsible for providing expert advice and oversight of TAC’s remuneration, benefits, and workplace relations frameworks. The role ensures compliance with Victorian Government policy, industrial obligations, and the TAC Enterprise Agreement, whilst supporting organisational performance in the People Operations team. This dynamic position offers a varied scope of work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

You will join the People Operations team, who form part of the People Experience branch and wider People, Culture & Engagement division – who are committed to enabling a high-performance culture where people are capable and empowered to deliver exceptional results for our clients and community.
You will be a part of a high-performing, fun and energetic team, dedicated to consistently delivering positive employee and candidate experiences. Led by the Manager, People Operations, you will be supported to take ownership of your work, challenge the status quo, and contribute your strengths in a transparent and collaborative environment. What we’re looking for
Knowledge in Workplace Relations and Remuneration
Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, Victorian Government policy, and remuneration frameworks, ensuring compliance and sound governance
Strategic Analysis and Problem-Solving
Skilled in using data-driven insights to manage complex workplace relations issues, monitor trends, and provide recommendations that mitigate organisational risk.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong capability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, and to lead negotiations and policy implementation effectively
