About the opportunity.
As a Automation Analyst, you’ll create impact by designing, developing and supporting enterprise automation solutions that simplify how TAC works and enable more efficient, scalable and consistent business processes.
Working across the full automation lifecycle, you will develop new UiPath solutions, enhance existing automations and provide production support, while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain robust UiPath automation solutions using established development and governance standards.
- Build and support intelligent automation capabilities, including Document Understanding, Integration Service, GUI automation and API integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, implement enhancements and provide ongoing support to ensure automation services remain reliable and effective.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
About the Team
This role sits within the Enterprise Transformation division, which leads TAC’s technology, digital and transformation agenda, delivering modern technology solutions and optimising business operations to enhance client outcomes, employee experience and community impact.
Reporting to the Process Automation Tech Lead, you will join a collaborative team focused on using automation and emerging technologies to improve how TAC works. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver practical automation solutions and continuously improve TAC’s automation capability.
What you’ll bring.
- 3+ years’ hands-on UiPath development experience, including unattended and attended RPA solutions within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong technical capability across the UiPath platform, including REFramework, queues, exception handling, logging, debugging, Document Understanding, Integration Service, API integrations and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience across SQL, JSON/XML, source control and CI/CD, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- UiPath Certified Professional certification and experience in the insurance industry will be highly regarded.
