Right now, we’re seeking a Business Partner who will play their part in the shared purpose. Someone with the right skills and expertise, as well as attitude and openness to new ideas, that help advance positive outcomes for the organisation, their colleagues, and themselves.
About the role
In this role you’ll be working both in the business partnering team and as part of an integrated business readiness and people transformation stream on the TAC’s claims transformation program. Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, you’ll partner and collaborate on key people initiatives critical to the success of the program, helping the business to deliver on key people related objectives of the transformation strategy.
This role isn’t a traditional people advisory role, it’s a Business Partnering role, delivering practical people initiatives that contribute to organisational design, change, industrial relations advice and workforce strategy. You’ll play a key role in stakeholder engagement; supporting leaders to make decisions and lead through change, driving people outcomes that support the transformation and collaborating across the broader People Culture and Engagement team.
This role will work within a dynamic environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. Your successful outcome will rely on your ability to apply systems thinking and complex problem solving, and an ability to work aligned to agile ways of working.
About the Team
Reporting to a Senior Business Partner, you will join a close knit and supportive Business Partnering team within our People, Culture & Engagement division and with colleagues in an embedded project Business Readiness work stream. You'll be part of a culture that encourages collaboration, mutual support and professional growth. What we’re looking for
HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations experience
Demonstrated HR generalist expertise, with proven experience providing operational and strategic HR and employee relations advice and partnering with leaders to deliver people solutions within project, transformation and/or change environments.
Strong relationship and stakeholder management
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders, providing valued advice and influencing outcomes to support organisational objectives.
Organisational design experience highly regarded
Some experience in supporting organisational design initiatives, including workforce structure reviews, role design, operating model development and the implementation of organisation wide change initiatives that support strategic business objectives.
