Find out more about our shared purpose, and what drives every one of us.

Right now, we’re seeking a People Operations Coordinator and People Operations Advisor who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.

About the roles

The People Operations Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support to the People Operations team regarding Workplace Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, and all generalist People, Culture & Engagement activities. This dynamic position offers a varied scope of work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

The People Operations Advisor delivers core people services by managing employee and leader enquiries and providing advice on the TAC Enterprise Agreement and people policies. The role supports the development and review of people policies and procedures, as well as projects across Workplace Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, and People Operations. Through expert guidance and process improvement, the Advisor helps drive a positive employee experience and operational excellence.

About the Team

You will join the People Operations team, who form part of the People Experience branch and wider People, Culture & Engagement division, who are committed to enabling a high-performance culture where people are capable and empowered to deliver exceptional results for our clients and community.

You will be a part of a high-performing, fun and energetic team, dedicated to consistently delivering positive employee experiences. Led by the Manager, People Operations, you will be supported to take ownership of your work, challenge the status quo, and contribute your strengths in a transparent and collaborative environment. We celebrate diversity and inclusion, ensuring every team member feels empowered, valued, and supported to bring their best self to work.

What we’re looking for

Generalist HR experience

Demonstrated experience providing HR advisory support within a complex or fast-paced organisational environment. Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and frameworks while delivering practical, people-centred advice to people leaders and employees across a broad range of people matters.

Positive team player

A collaborative and proactive team member who contributes positively to a team culture and outcomes. Brings a strong sense of initiative, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment.

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Able to establish credibility, influence outcomes, and provide trusted advice through a professional, responsive, and people-focused approach.
