• Salary: Offering a competitive starting base salary of $85,540 plus super and benefits (pro-rata for part time)

About the opportunity.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll create impact by delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience that helps attract, engage and onboard talented people who contribute to the TAC's purpose. Working across the full recruitment lifecycle, you'll play a key role in connecting people with meaningful careers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition Specialists to coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
- Supporting talent attraction and employer branding initiatives that strengthen the TAC's ability to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
- Contributing to talent acquisition projects, systems enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficient and effective hiring outcomes.

You will join the Talent Acquisition team, which forms part of the People Experience branch within the wider People & Culture division. The team is committed to enabling a high-performance culture where people are capable and empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and community.
