Right now, we’re seeking a Team Manager Supports and Settlements who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
The Team Manager Supports & Settlements leads a high‑performing team of professionals who keep the Common Law and Recoveries Branch moving within the Clients Division. Where they are delivering timely, accurate and client‑centred support across Serious Injury, Common Law, Recoveries and Interstate functions. You’ll drive team culture through clear expectations, coaching and data‑driven performance uplift, ensuring operational excellence that directly strengthens client outcomes and scheme sustainability. With strong relationships across the branch, you’ll align support services to evolving business needs and play an active role in driving continuous improvement and transformation.

About the Team
With a tight hardworking team made up of Payment Coordinators, Common Law Assistants and a Resolutions Admin Specialist, the team thrive on working in a supportive, collaborative manner who are known for their accuracy, efficiency and strong partnerships across the organisation.

You use performance metrics, reporting and dashboards to create visibility of team output and drive improvement. With structured project management and problem‑solving capability, you deliver accurate, timely support and implement process enhancements that strengthen efficiency and service delivery.

Strategic Insight & Change Leadership
You think strategically and act positively, analysing performance, shaping initiatives and embedding continuous improvement aligned to branch priorities and strategic goals. You lead teams through cultural, structural and operational change with steadiness and clarity, supporting learning moments, adaptability and professional growth. Your ability to influence, evaluate and implement strategic initiatives strengthens branch agility and long‑term outcomes.
