About the role
In this role you will have the opportunity to learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced Senior Business Analysts, assisting with the analysis, interpretation and reporting of data to support the strategic direction of the business.
What we’re looking for
Data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of the activities to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, visualisations to effectively communicate business metrics to stakeholders
- Ability to gather data/business requirements, identify trends and patterns in data to generate actionable insights
- Understand the importance of data integrity, accuracy and consistency
Positive team player
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives
- Flexible, adaptable and willingness to learn new technologies, tools and methodologies in a fast-paced environment
Technical skills
- Experience with the MS Office Suite
- Experience using Qlik, JIRA and a Claims Management System (Fineos) - desirable
