  • Offering a competitive base salary range of $138,000-$145,000 plus super and benefits

About the role

This position collaborates with the Learning & Capability team members to uplift the TAC’s capability and performance through the design and delivery of contemporary learning programs and interventions, to enhance the learning experience and culture across the business.

The Senior Consultant will partner with Divisional Senior Leaders to drive strategically aligned learning and capability investments that enable individual, team and organisational development.

This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-design and develop learning experiences to ensure they meet the child safe standards.

About the Team

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Capability this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division. You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and outcomes focused team, who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.

You will be supported by a Manager who promotes a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team culture.

What we’re looking for

Significant experience in the design and implementation of Learning & Development programs including:

  • Demonstrated application of L&D best practice methodologies, models and frameworks
  • Good knowledge of Employee Experience, human centred design and agile practices
  • Proven experience working with teams to align learning plans and investments to capability strategy and organisational goals           

Proven project management experience

Project Management experience in establishing project plans, setting goals and tracking performance

Advanced communication and consulting skills

Proven communication and consulting skills across a range of stakeholders, including developing communications material and plans, understanding stakeholder needs and managing stakeholder relationships in order to deliver tailored programs which meet business needs.

Previous experience working with child safe standards is highly desirable.
