Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, Culture & Inclusion who will help lead this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great outcomes. About the role

The Senior Manager, Culture & Inclusion leads the design and delivery of strategic initiatives that drive the TAC’s transformational journey to a high performing culture, where our people are connected to purpose and are enabled and empowered to deliver for our clients. This is fulfilled through the leadership of the TAC’s organisational development portfolio encompassing culture, values, performance, leadership, talent management and employee listening.

The Senior Manager also oversees the TAC’s Inclusion & Diversity function to drive change towards a more inclusive culture, where all are valued, respected and feel a sense of belonging.

About the Team

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, People, Culture & Engagement this role will lead the high performing Culture and Inclusion branch who are collaborative, supportive and outcomes focused. They are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.

This role operates within a broader division of people that enable and support a high-performing culture through the functions of People Experience, Strategic Partnering & Advisory and Learning & Capability.

What we’re looking for

Extensive experience in orgsanisational development, culture and leadership

Significant experience leading teams and developing, coaching and mentoring individuals as well as leading the design, implementation and evaluation of people strategies, organisational development and culture transformation related projects and programs

Experience managing multiple enterprise wide projects, change initiatives and operational budgets concurrently in a complex and fast moving environment

Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting strategic organisational redesign including employee experience design, human centred design and lean practices

Strong stakeholder management skills  

Proven capability in effective stakeholder engagement at a senior/executive level, with ability to communicate, negotiate and influence change
