Right now, we’re seeking a Planning & Governance Coordinator, who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
This is a newly created position. As the Planning & Governance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting adherence to corporate business requirements including finance and governance, and coordinating the successful delivery of key projects and processes.
You’ll be instrumental in continuously reviewing and enhancing processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency and corporate compliance. You'll take charge of processing invoices, managing records, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks across the Division. In addition, you’ll create and maintain divisional registers, monitor information governance, and your role will also involve coordinating divisional reporting.
Excellent interpersonal skills will be essential as you will need to establish and maintain strong networks with key internal stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, and Risk. You’ll also be the key contact within the TAC to oversee the distribution and tracking of corporate merchandise, organisational memberships, and event and hospitality tickets from the TAC’s sponsorship program.

About the Team
This role is part of the Community Division and sits within the Partnerships, Community and Communications branch in an expanding team dedicated to business planning and governance excellence. You’ll be supported by a manager who values your ability to problem solve, develop efficient ways of working, and build effective working relationships across the Division. You will work alongside passionate subject matter experts who deliver world-class marketing campaigns, sponsorships and community engagement activities, internal and external communication initiatives, and information, privacy and legislative responsibilities for the TAC.
What we’re looking for
Business Planning & Reporting Acumen
Proven experience in providing business planning support and reporting, with a focus on aligning activities with organisational goals and corporate compliance requirements.
Financial Literacy & Governance Experience
Skilled in invoice processing and budget tracking, coordinating audit and procurement processes and registers, with an exceptional eye for detail.
Adaptability & Initiative
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to set your own agenda, drive continuous improvement, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Project Coordination Proficiency
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and juggle competing priorities, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of outcomes, while effectively managing risks and engaging stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and managing expectations to deliver beneficial outcomes.
Technical Proficiency
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint is essential. Experience with Dynamics365 and/or graphic design is highly valued but not essential.
