About the role
Achieving the best client outcomes is a key focus of our strategy and will be a central pillar for this role. The Senior Project Manager will work collaboratively across the business with a range of executive and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in support of the TAC strategy.
As the Senior Project Manager you will be working on our Payment Optimisation and Claims Lodgement Optimisation programs. Your focus will be on providing relief to existing client needs and pain-points, as well as tackling existing operational challenges. You will play an integral role in the identification of these and drive key activities that support operational improvements to deliver outcomes for the Clients division.
What we’re looking for
Strategic Thinking
Demonstrated strategic program planning and scoping skills are crucial to support ongoing definition and communication of future VBHC programs and initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills to ensure effective management of interdependencies with other programs of work in the organisation.
Proven Project Management Experience
Demonstrated success in leading business transformation projects, and PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
