About the opportunity.

As a Consultant Learning & Capability you’ll create impact by driving meaningful organisational impact by designing and delivering innovative learning solutions that build capability, enhance performance, and foster a strong culture of continuous learning across the TAC.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver learning solutions that build enterprise-wide capability and improve performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and develop targeted learning and development initiatives.
• Lead learning and capability projects from design through to implementation, embedding and evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and support the transfer of learning into workplace practice.
• Drive continuous improvement through learning analytics, emerging best practice, and effective use of digital learning technologies.

About the Team

Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Learning and Capability, this role sits within the People Capability Branch in the People & Culture division. You will join a collaborative, supportive and outcomes-focused team that is passionate about enabling the TAC and its people to thrive.

You will be supported by a manager who promotes a highly engaged, trusting and inclusive team culture.

What you’ll bring.

• Experience & Expertise: Proven experience in learning and development analysis, design, delivery and evaluation, with demonstrated instructional design capability and knowledge of contemporary learning methodologies, frameworks and best practice.
• Project & Analytical Capability: Experience applying human-centred design, project management and continuous improvement methodologies, with the ability to analyse data, generate insights and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes, make sound decisions and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

This position will primarily focus on learning solutions within the Inclusion and Diversity portfolio, and experience in this area would be highly regarded.
